The Embodied Self is a therapeutic space for women who appear capable and put-together on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected within.
This space is designed for women who carry responsibility easily but struggle to rest, receive support, or feel grounded in themselves. Many clients arrive feeling stuck in cycles of stress, burnout, or self-doubt, unsure how to reconnect with who they are beneath the roles they’ve been holding. Healing here is not about fixing yourself or striving for perfection — it’s about reconnecting with your body, honoring your needs, and rebuilding an inner sense of steadiness.
Grounded in cognitive-behavioral and somatic-based approaches, The Embodied Self supports women in understanding how stress, emotion, and long-held patterns live in the mind and body. Our work focuses on helping you move out of survival mode, rewire negative thought patterns, regulate your nervous system, and develop a more grounded, self-trusting relationship with yourself.

Hi, I'm Tiffany...
A therapist who helps women rebuild their relationship with themselves.
I know what it’s like to carry too much — to move through life doing what’s needed while quietly losing touch with your own needs, feelings, and sense of self. My own healing began when I slowed down enough to listen — not just to my thoughts, but to what my emotions and body were asking for too.
Today, I support women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they are beneath everything they hold. My work focuses on understanding patterns, healing old beliefs, and creating a more compassionate relationship with yourself — one that allows for clarity, boundaries, and ease.
I value therapy that is thoughtful, relational, and grounded in the whole person. While much of our work happens through conversation and reflection, I also value the wisdom of the body. Movement has always been a way I reconnect, release, and come back to myself — and that perspective naturally weaves into how I support others.
If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels honest, supportive, and sustainable, you’re in the right place.
